GEARS (Gender Equality Assessment, Results, Strategies) bukan hanya sebuah alat; ini adalah kompas bagi organisasi yang mempromosikan kesetaraan gender di tempat kerja. GEARS membantu menganalisis lanskap gender dalam organisasi Anda, mengungkap ketidaksetaraan gender, dan merancang strategi efektif untuk mengatasi kesenjangan kesetaraan. 

10 Area Fokus 

  1. Penyelarasan strategis antara kesetaraan gender dan prioritas bisnis 
  2. Kepemimpinan dan akuntabilitas 
  3. Kesetaraan upah gender 
  4. Komposisi gender dalam angkatan kerja 
  5. Pengarusutamaan kerja fleksibel untuk kinerja dan dukungan  
  6. Pencegahan dan penanggulangan pelecehan dan diskriminasi berbasis gender, pelecehan seksual, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga 
  7. Pengembangan profesional, mentoring, sponsorship. 
  8. Rekrutmen, seleksi, dan promosi 
  9. Manajemen bakat dan perencanaan suksesi 
  10. Pelatihan kesetaraan gender di tempat kerja 

Survei ini bukan hanya sekedar persepsi pekerja tetapi melibatkan kuantifikasi kemajuan Kesetaraan Gender di Tempat Kerja Anda, memberikan gambaran jelas tentang kondisi saat ini. Survei ini menilai jalur ke depan, membimbing organisasi Anda melalui perjalanan menuju kesetaraan yang lebih baik. Survei Persepsi Pekerja kami adalah kunci Anda untuk: 

  • Menentukan area di mana perusahaan Anda unggul dan area yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk menuju Kesetaraan Gender di Tempat Kerja. 
  • Mengevaluasi kesiapan proses, kebijakan, dan program kesetaraan gender Anda. 
  • Memanfaatkan perspektif dan umpan balik dari pekerja Anda yang sangat berharga. 
  • Menemukan area di mana organisasi Anda dapat tumbuh dan berkembang. 

Perubahan dimulai dengan pengetahuan. Setiap individu dalam perusahaan Anda, tanpa memandang peran dan departemennya, selayaknya memiliki pemahaman yang sama mengenai bias gender yang mungkin tanpa disadari mempengaruhi perilaku sehari-hari. Pelatihan ini dikembangkan berdasarkan pengalaman nyata di lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, setiap individu dapat bersama-sama membangun lingkungan yang mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi bias gender ini, serta menumbuhkan budaya kesetaraan dan inklusi. 

 

Pelatihan kami bukan hanya tentang meningkatkan kesadaran, tetapi juga tentang menghasilkan perubahan yang bermakna. 

  • Memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika gender baiik di lingkungan sosial maupun di tempat kerja. 
  • Mengubah persepsi tentang kesetaraan gender dan peran pentingnya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja dan kinerja organisasi Anda. 
  • Menyediakan aspek praktis untuk mengelola, menerapkan, dan mengintegrasikan praktik dan kebijakan berbasis gender di dalam organisasi Anda. 

 

Dalam waktu satu hari, fasilitator kami akan membimbing tim Anda. Setelah pelatihan selesai, setiap peserta pelatihan akan menerima sertifikat elektronik dan ringkasan pelatihan. 

Pemahaman adalah kunci. Dengan peningkatan dan pamahaman, tim manajemen SDM dapat menggunakan lensa gender, mengurangi bias gender dalam employee life cycle untuk memastikan talenta-talenta yang lebih beragam berkembang dalam perusahaan. 

 

Pelatihan kami bukan hanya tentang meningkatkan kesadaran, tetapi juga fokus pada pencapaian dalam beberapa topik penting. 

  • Pemahaman lebih dalam tentang bias dan diskriminasi gender. 
  • Pemahaman tentang dampak bias gender di tempat kerja, terutama dalam proses-proses HR.   

 

Dalam waktu dua hari, fasilitator kami akan membimbing tim Anda. Setelah pelatihan selesai, setiap peserta pelatihan akan menerima sertifikat elektronik dan modul pelatihan yang komprehensif. 

Perjalanan menuju ke lingkungan kerja yang aman, penuh rasa hormat, dan inklusif dimulai dengan pengetahuan. Kekerasan seksual adalah salah satu bentuk kekerasan berbasis gender dan mencakup segala tindakan seksual. Kami percaya bahwa setiap individu harus mengenal akar penyebab kekerasan seksual adalah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dan ketidaksetaraan gender.

  • Pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang berbagai bentuk kekerasan berbasis gender dan kekerasan seksual. 
  • Memberdayakan individu dan organisasi dengan wawasan tentang perilaku individu dan tindakan perusahaan yang dapat diambil untuk mencegah dan mengurangi kasus kekerasan seksual. 

 

Dalam waktu satu hari, fasilitator kami akan membimbing tim Anda. Setelah pelatihan selesai, setiap peserta pelatihan akan menerima sertifikat elektronik dan modul pelatihan yang komprehensif. 

Menjadi seorang pendamping pertama dalam kasus pelecehan dan kekerasan seksual adalah tanggung jawab yang besar. Untuk itu mereka memerlukan pemahaman yang kuat tentang gender, kekerasan seksual, dan kesehatan mental. Dalam Pelatihan Pendampingan Pertama, kami rfokus pada pencapaian beberapa tujuan penting: 

  • Memahami bagaimana ketidaksetaraan gender memengaruhi pandangan dan respon terhadap kasus pelecehan dan kekerasan seksual. 
  • Merefleksikan bias pribadi dan bagaimana bias tersebut dapat memengaruhi interaksi dengan penyintas kekerasan seksual. 
  • Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam menangani kasus kekerasaan seksual dan memberikan dukungan kepada penyintas. 
  • Meningkatkan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memberikan penanganan yang efektif dan dukungan psikologis kepada penyintas. 
  • Mengenali kerentanan psikologis yang mungkin dialami sebagai penanggap pertama dan memberikan strategi untuk menjaga kesejahteraan mental. 

 

Dalam waktu tiga hari, fasilitator kami akan membimbing tim Anda. Setelah pelatihan selesai, setiap peserta pelatihan akan menerima sertifikat elektronik dan modul pelatihan yang komprehensif. 

Melalui pelatihan ini, perusahaan Anda mendorong pengembangan berkelanjutan dan memberdayakan talenta perempuan dengan memupuk budaya empati dan memimpin dengan kasih sayang. Sekarang adalah saat yang tepat untuk merangkul keberagaman yang perempuan bawa ke dalam peran kepemimpinan.

  • Memberikan perempuan alat dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk berhasil dalam posisi kepemimpinan.
